We are pleased to announce the opening of the ” School of Mentoring” in anticipation of the launch of a special application for the Women in Mining community SAP Mentor Finder for WIM .
As part of the school, we hold a series of online meetings to analyze in more detail all the subtleties of employee development inside and outside the company, discuss development tools and prepare mentors for working together with mentees.
At the first meeting , we already had time to talk about the differences between mentoring and coaching, and also got acquainted with the app for mentoring.
On February 3 , as part of a live discussion with experts and professional coaches, we will talk about:
