We devote a lot of time to our development, both professionally and personally. On our way there are various barriers that are difficult to overcome without support and expert opinion. And you will agree that when a clear plan of action is clear, it becomes much easier, right?
We are pleased to announce the opening of the ” School of Mentoring” in anticipation of the launch of a special application for the Women in Mining community SAP Mentor Finder for WIM .
Within the framework of the school, we will hold several online meetings in order to analyze in more detail all the subtleties of employee development inside and outside the company, discuss development tools and prepare mentors for working together with mentees.
The first meeting will take place on December 16, Thursday from 11:00 to 12:30, with the support of SAP . During this meeting, we will cover the following topics:
- The main tools for employee development within the company
- What is the difference between mentoring, coaching and one-time expert advice
- Features and benefits of the joint work of a mentor and a mentee
- View of the SAP Mentor Finder for WIM application.
